Lufkin (Texas) — April 20, 1950
Jack Robertson was driving about night 13 km west of town when he saw a round object about 3 m in diameter hovering about 7 m above him with a dull red glow. It took off with a “swooshing roar” as sparks flew from a slot under it. Minutes later the witness felt a burning sensation on his face. (FS July, 59)
