Ely (Nevada) — May 7, 1950 (1845)
A couple and their grandson were re- turning from a picnic when, about 14 km south of Ely, they saw a silvery-white object at treetop level. It hovered for 10 min, then oscillated “as if attempt- ing to rise.” and suddenly flew out of sight at high speed. (Atic)
