Mrs. Rogers saw an object descend slowly and pass across a pasture at 7 m alti- tude. She stopped her car and observed it was “wob- bling” in mid-air, was shaped like a turtle, and showed three oarlike protrusions that moved slowly. Esti- mated dimensions: 5 by 4 m, | m thick. It was greenish-gray in color, emitted a blue flame, but showed no other light. (Barker 78)
