Mr. Schoubrenncr, 25, a truck driver, saw a bright light in the distance and soon found his road blocked by a strange object. The engine died, and he felt paralyzed: “My hands were as though glued to the wheel.” The craft looked like an inverted cone, the lower part phosphorescent, the middle dull, the top luminous with a yellow or orange point.
