Les McDonald, 17, and Gladys Smith, 14, saw a red light changing to green, spreading around them like a mist and covering an area about 100 m diameter. They became nearly paralyzed and “felt a warm glow.” They had no fear, but were “merely cognizant of things as they were without being able to react.” This sensation lasted two min.
