Charles F.nglebrecht went outside when his TV set and all house lights suddenly failed and saw a glowing blue-white object, about 30 cm in diameter, land about 18 m away in the field. He felt a mild electric shock when he tried to approach it and was unable to move forward. (NICAP July, 64)
