Arica (Chile) — June 15, 1964
A miner, R. A. Donoso, observed a strange machine land. From it emerged two fair- skinned men who asked for water in a language which appeared to be a mixture of English and Spanish. Donoso took some water from his car radiator for them, and they left. Their craft was about 3 m long and 1 m wide. (FSR 65, 2)
