Arequipa (Peru) — September 29, 1965
Two men in a car, Julio L. de Romana and Antonio Chavez Bedoya, saw a strange being, 80 cm tall, by the side of the road. The creature had only one eye, and gold and silver stripes over its entire body. Soon afterward a craft flew over their car. Several persons living 20 km away also reported an unidentified object within mm of this sighting. (Per- sonal)
