During the great power dawn blackout, actor Stuart Whitman was startled to hear a whistling sound outside his 12th floor window and to observe two hovering objects, one orange and the other blue, giving off a luminescent light. Me then heard an English message indicating that the black- out was a “demonstration.” (FSR 66, 6)
