Caracas (Venezuela) — August 3, 1967 (2330)
Two persons saw a luminous, whitish object, 10 m in diameter, resembling two plates glued together. The whole yard was illuminated and a humming sound was heard. A door opened in the base of the craft, and something similar to a light bulb lowered itself to ground level. This, too, had an opening, from which stepped a small man in silvery, luminous clothes, his head surrounded with vapor. He was about S m away from the witnesses, and was observed to pick up stones, examine them, look up and seem to communicate with the main object. He then dropped the stones and stepped into the “bulb” that reentercd the craft, which took off. (Lor. Il] 44)
